He is ideally placed to assist both clients and candidates as he can draw on his personal work experience. He started his career at Deloitte on their audit graduate trainee programme. Working within audit and then going out into industry, Khush has the practical technical exposure to help him drill down with his candidates to find out what their core competencies are to help his clients to fill their role with creative solutions within this highly competitive and candidate-short market-place. Khush has built up a loyal following from the clients he has worked with and consistently gets referrals from candidates he has helped, so he has a pool of candidates who are not registered anywhere else.
John has worked within Accountancy Recruitment for over 21 years, dealing with all levels. He was a key Director in helping establish one of the major recruitment agencies in the UK. As a Director, he is responsible for ensuring that his staff provides a truly consultative service, whereby they listen to both the clients and candidates needs. His aim is that they should be able to describe any candidate that they send you, as they have personally met the person they are sending to you.
