I am seeking an Accounts Assistant who is looking for exposure and ownership of Month End Accounting.

My client is based in the heart of Shoreditch and specialises within the Digital Marketing sector.

They recently won National Awards for business practices. The Accounts Assistant will work closely with the Financial Controller and be a main point of contact within the business for all Finance related matters.

The business is fast paced, fun and growing at a rapid speed. I am looking for the ideal candidate who is really looking for career progression within a short period of time. You must be ambitious, hardworking and have a passion for Transactional Accounting and Finance.

Must have experience in:

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Processing Invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • Excel – pivot tables and v-look ups

You will gain exposure in:

  • Accruals and Prepayments
  • Working in multi-currency
  • Currency conversion
  • Month end reconciliation
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Journal entries
