About the company
My client is an established communications firm based in the City of London. The Credit Control Manager has an expansion plan ready to go and is seeking an ambitious and career driven junior to join the company and work on the recent uptake of new business. This role will offer study support. You must be a great communicator with 2 years of experience in credit control.
What you will be doing?
- Meeting monthly collection targets
- Producing commentary on Aged Debt Reports
- Resolving all queries from clients/customer
- Implementing new processes to improve departmental efficiencies
Essential skills/experience
- 2 years’ experience in credit control
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Calm and confident character, capable of working across departments
- Experience with Aged Debt Reports
- General administration of accounts
Desirable skills/experience
- Knowledge of cashflow reports
- Experience with external solicitors
- Experience in a similar business services industry
