About the company

My client is a respected telecoms firm based in the City of London. The Finance Manager oversees a small team who have signed off an expansion plan and are opening for an ambitious and career driven Credit Controller has become available to help with the recent uptake of new business. This role is very progressive with study support. You must be a great communicator with 2 years of experience in credit control.

What you will be doing?

  • Reporting into the Finance Manager
  • Meeting monthly collection targets
  • Producing commentary on Aged Debt Reports
  • Resolving all queries from clients/customer
  • Implementing new processes to improve departmental efficiencies

Essential skills/experience

  • 2 years’ experience in credit control
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Calm and confident character, capable of working across departments
  • Experience with Aged Debt Reports
  • General administration of accounts

Desirable skills/experience

  • Knowledge of cashflow reports
  • Experience with external solicitors
  • Experience in a similar business services industry
