This team is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to take responsibility for their own set of large accounts working to various KPIs to meet tight deadlines. As part of this small team of Credit Controllers & reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks-

•             Collection of outstanding monies for your own portfolio of large accounts

•             Developing relationships with these Clients via telephone contact mainly

•             Query management

•             Reviewing and resolving discrepancies

•             Review Sales Ledger and Credit Control processes and suggest improvements

•             Reduce the outstanding monies in line with KPIs

•             Work to deadlines under pressure

•             Possess strong negotiation skills

•             Ability to develop strong relationship skills

•             Enjoy resolving Sales Ledger queries

•             Professional in Business presentation

•             Excellent Excel skills including pivots & lookups.
