Working very closely with the Head of Credit Control, you will be responsible for the your own Client Portfolio ensuring that all outstanding monies are collected within agreed terms following processes set out by the Manager. This role requires an experienced Collector who has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a high volume and fast paced environment. Additionally you will work with Sales Account Managers to ensure Clients are billed at the correct rates, Cash allocated to the right Accounts and reconciliations carried out on a regular basis reporting and escalating any issues to the Manager.

To be considered for this role you will be required to demonstrate-

A proactive telephone technique
Possess current/very recent credit control experience.
Possess good sales ledger knowledge including reconciliations
Enjoy building relationships with both internal and external Clients

This role will start as a temp on an immediate basis and has a very strong change of become permanent
