A brilliant career opportunity has come about with my biggest client based in the heart of Orpington  for a dynamic Debt Recovery Officer. This client of mine has made some fantastic strides in the business services field and have recently discovered brought on a new portfolio of client. They have had a fantastic 2019 and are looking to bring in someone who has knowledge of how a debt recovery/ Credit Control office is. This role is based in a fantastic part of the Orpington area, offering high-end local retailers and fantastic transportation links .

As the Debt Recovery Officer you will be involved with the following:

  • Assisting with the debt recovery process
  • Liaising with multiple B2B & B2C Clients
  • Sending Dunning Letters
  • Being the bridge between the Debt Recovery and Operations Departments
  • Credit Referencing Clients
  • Setting Up Client Accounts
  • Reporting to the Income Recovery Manager and Operations Manager
