Salary: £22,000

Are you looking for your next challenging and inspiring Credit Control role? Due to fast expansion of the business, I am looking to find an experienced Credit Controller who can work to tight deadlines, meet all collection KPIs and effectively collect outstanding debt on a high volume basis.

As a Credit Controller in this team you will be required to carry out the following tasks:

  • Call clients listed on your Aged Debt report
  • Produce letters and emails for clients
  • Record all conversations/communication on the database
  • Resolve any queries and escalate problem accounts
  • Take any required credit card payments
  • Take incoming calls into the team
  • Provide information required by the legal team for non payment

If you are an experienced Credit Controller with experience of the above tasks and are looking for a role within a fast expanding business offering you career progression, this could be your perfect move. Candidates without Credit Control experience will not be considered for this role as this role is not suitable for someone looking to get into Credit Control.
