Finance Assistant (Banstead)

Finance Assistant duties:
- Ensure all payments are duly authorised before being paid
- Process purchase ledger invoices in SAP
- Process employee expenses in Concur
- Process Company Car Mileage logs on AS400 system
- Resolve all queries with suppliers and perform periodic reconciliations
- Analyse daily bank statements for six bank accounts, ensuring that every item has a corresponding system entry
- Match system entries against bank statement entries on SAP (Accounting System)
- Assist in the month end and year end procedures as required
