As a new role within this thriving Business, you will be presented with an excellent platform for your development both in terms of your Financial Management and Leadership skills. As the Head of Finance, you will be accountable for all areas of the Finance Function including all Payroll and HR duties. As part of the management team, the Finance Manager will work closely with all levels of staff across the Business whilst working closely with the MD.

 

This is a progressive role requiring accountability for the following-

 

•             Managing  3 teams including objective setting

•             Working with the Board  providing strategic recommendations

•             Budgets & Forecasts

•             Financial Reporting

•             Business & Financial plans

•             Working with internal and external partners and stakeholders

•             Reviewing all processes and procedures relating to Finance IT and HR and making recommendations for improvement

 

As Finance Manager you will be required to demonstrate the following-

 

•             Strong communication skills

•             Be an active studier ( ACCA, CIMA) or be AAT Qualified

•             Be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills including team meetings, appraisals, reviews etc

•             Possess strong Financial and management accounting skills

•             Be determined to qualify and take on future responsibilities with a definite career development plan
