One of my biggest clients are now on the market for a Graduate Business Executive and they have let me know that this role will be closing as of the 2nd January 2020. This client is notorious for progressing and looking after their staff. Taking on fresh graduates enables them to utilize the creative freedom that usually gets overstepped by KPI’s and Fixed Processes. Since working with this client over the last 3 years I can say that all placements made (too this day) are still enjoying life with this organisation.
As the Graduate Business Executive you will be:
- Fully supporting the Directors
- Typing invoices
- Providing cost analysis for clients
- Entering quotations as directed by the sales staff on to the specialised computer system
- Learning full product knowledge
- Entering products on to the system
- Liaising with import and export contacts
- Providing all formal documentation for import and export of goods
- Providing all round administration support to the sales staff
The following are desirable for this role:
- ANY Bachelor’s degree (2019)
- Can use Microsoft Excel
- Great Communication Skills (Written & Spoken)
- Within the South East London Area

Salary: £18,000 – £20,000 + Optional Commission (£35,000 OTE)
