A fantastic opportunity has come about with one of my key clients based in the heart of Beckenham for a dynamic Income Recovery Administrator. This client of mine has made some fantastic strides in the property field and have recently discovered brought on a new portfolio of properties. They have had a fantastic 12 months and are looking to bring in someone who has knowledge of how a debt/ income recovery office is. This role is based in a fantastic part of the Beckenham area, offering fantastic transportation links and high-end local retailers.

As the Income Recovery Administrator you will be involved with the following:

  • Liaising with multiple B2B & B2C Clients
  • Credit Referencing Clients
  • Setting Up Client Accounts
  • Sending Dunning Letters
  • Being the bridge between the Debt Recovery and Operations Departments
  • Reporting to the Income Recovery Manager and Operations Manager
  • Assisting with the debt recovery process
