This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a thriving Business motivating & mentoring a small team of Payrollers including their training and regular conducting 1-2-1 meetings

 

Your role will involve controlling the collation of payroll data from all the sites, preparing information prior to release to the provider, staying up to date with all payroll legislation, producing the P60s, P11Ds and all year end reconciliations. Additionally you will be involved in communication with HMRC, control all payroll and benefits whilst maintaining excellence including any training and coaching needs by your team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager with experience of all facets of Payroll and associated areas including managing the flexible benefits scheme, time and attendance system and pension scheme.
